Refund policy

1.  We are an ethical and "slow fine fashion" company, that does not carry large stock on 75% of our range, and we believe in building lasting relationships with all of our customers.

2. We are a small family owned and operated business and manufacture in very small runs. We pay great attention to detail and will communicate with you after your order is placed to double check the correct size has been ordered.

3. Imported stock that is labelled READY TO SHIP on our product pages can be returned for store credit or refund in the unfortunate event of incorrect size being ordered.   If a garment has been specifically made to order, as in a PRE-ORDER item or customised in any way, we can not accept returns or offer refunds for those items.

4. Customer will pay for all return postage of item/s.  We must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of goods, if garment is incorrect size.  Please communicate with us directly and we will accommodate as best we can.

5. Garments can only be credited with a refund/store credit if all tags, original packaging, are on and with the garment, and will be refused if garment has obviously been worn with any marks such as make-up/lipstick/handprints, and odours such as body/perfumes/soap scent etc. can be detected, or if garment has obviously been laundered/drycleaned.

6. PLEASE NOTE:-  Sale items cannot be returned for store credit or refund.
